My Mom has been in Memory Care almost 2 1/2 years. The facility is clean and modern. The residents enjoy the food served. The resident doctor, Dr. Scott, is awesome. Activities are done with residents on a daily basis to keep them alert and active. Family events are organized often. The staff are kind and caring to residents and family. My Mom is doing well here. Finding an assisted living facility for your loved one can be hard, but the leadership and healthcare team at The Pinnacle of Southaven made the process feel like we were coming HOME. I felt so welcomed and so safe with my loved one moving in. I was so worried about her struggling as her dementia got worse, but I feel a sense of peace knowing how transparently and compassionately the Pinnacle communicates about her daily life needs and when we need to adjust so she is as happy and thriving as she can be. I know that the food is yummy and nutritious and that the activities are diverse, engaging, and FUN. All of my loved ones' needs are met with thoroughness and KINDNESS, and I feel like part of the Pinnacle family too. I trust every nurse and every resident assistant there. I can’t say enough great things about The Pinnacle of Southaven! I enjoy taking care of the elderly and working with assisted living, memory care, respite care and nursing home facilities comes along with providing care to this population of patients. From the moment I stepped through the front doors at The Pinnacle, the warm and welcoming atmosphere was apparent. The staff is incredibly attentive and genuinely cares about the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels at home. The facilities are clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating a comfortable and safe living environment. The residents enjoy friendships whether it be partaking in a variety of activities and social events or dining together and enjoying delicious, chef-prepared nutritious meals. I have witnessed the staff treat both patients and their family members with kindness and respect. They make time to listen. They are compassionate with the care provided.
